1. When is my security deposit refunded?
Your deposit will be credited back to your account 7 days after check-out. If the 7th day falls on a weekend, it can take a few extra days to be credited.
2. What happens if I need to cancel our reservation?
We understand events can happen, and try be flexible for all cancellations. If you cancel 60 days or sooner prior to date of arrival, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel from day 59 to day 30, you will receive a 50% refund. A refund will not be provided if you cancel a reservation 30 days prior to your stay. If you need to change your reservation dates, you can do so at any time. The price will vary based on the dates selected during your stay.
3. Why is the rate higher than the base right priced shown?
The base rate is the average rate based on one calendar year. The rate goes up during peak season, and can go below the base rate during slower booking months.
4. Do you offer customer loyalty rewards?
We do! We offer all guests a 10% discount for military, teacher, and firefighters. After your first stay with The Cabin Pros, each additional stay you will receive 10% off at any of our cabins.
5. Do you offer guest packages for special events?
We have the following packages: honeymoon/wedding/anniversary, and birthday package. When booking a cabin, please let us know if you wish to purchase one of these packages. We can tailor a package to make your vacation one to remember!
6. Are your cabins pet friendly?
Most of our cabins are pet friendly. If they are pet friendly, it will be listed in the description. There is a non-refundable pet fee to bring your furry family members due to the extra cleaning required after departure. The pet deposit varies on the size of the cabin, and it covers up to 3 pets per cabin. All pets must be on a leash when not in the cabin, and must be friendly to others in the event cleaners or maintenance is needed during your stay.
7. What if there is an issue during our stay?
We have an in-house dedicated maintenance team, and preferred vendors for specialized services. If it is basic maintenance, a technician will be dispatched within 3 hours. If it is a specialized issue (electrical, water leak, HVAC), it can take up to 6 hours for a tech.
