Our fee to manage your property starts at 30%, and can be tiered down with each additional cabin an owner adds to our property management program. The Cabin Pros has a customer focused staff, all local and employees by The Cabin Pros, and can easily manage properties ranging from 1 to 7 bedrooms. Our hands-on approach with managing the property will give the property the care it deserves, protecting the value of your asset. Maintenance:
Our maintenance is in-house meaning our guests do not experience long wait times when issues occur at the cabin. We do monthly inspections to ensure quality for our rentals staying in the cabin, and the results are more repeat renters. We are available 24/7/365 for guests staying in the cabin. For specialized services including HVAC, plumbing, and electric is outsourced and paid for by The Cabin Pros, and passed along to owner. We do NOT mark up any specialized services.

Additional Maintenance Services:
  • Geotagging maintenance to provide guests up to date arrival time.
  • A ticketing repository system to maintain a database history of each time your cabin is serviced.  This can be shared with owners at any time upon request.  It is a great tool to have when selling a cabin.  We keep a ticket with a time stamped date of each time we provided service for your cabin.

In-House Cleaning Services:
  • We use a state of the art mobile application to track all cleanings, and each cabin has a 65 point checklist to ensure it is clean prior to each arrival.  We are notified via phone notification when a cabin is cleaned, and 4 photos are required for each cleaning and stored in our cloud based database.
